Community members, students, graduates and professionals may express interest, depending on programme needs and safeguarding requirements.
Do I need previous experience?
Not for every opportunity. Some roles value commitment and willingness to learn; technical roles may require specific experience.

Yes. YWAFT welcomes aligned discussions with government, civil society, businesses, universities and development organisations.
